Which membership should I choose?
Choose Confident Reader for a guided foundation and better reading habits. Choose Deep Dive for sustained contextual study and the available course and deep-dive library.
Are individual courses included?
Both plans include the Confident Reader Course. Deep Dive also includes all courses while membership remains active. Other courses can be purchased separately by Confident Reader members.
Do I keep course access after canceling?
Membership access depends on an active subscription. A course purchased separately with lifetime access remains a separate purchase.
Can I switch plans?
Contact support about changing plans. Do not start a second subscription to switch or upgrade.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel your membership. Use the billing portal or contact support for help with your subscription.
What if I already bought a course?
Use your existing course access. Membership is an optional next step for ongoing study, not a requirement to keep a lifetime course purchase.
Where do I access the material?
Use Access My Content for member study, individual courses, billing, and support.
Are current classes included?
Yes. Both Confident Reader and Deep Dive include access to classes, as well as the Confident Reader Course and Confident Reader Labs.
What happens to annual access if I cancel early?
Contact support before changing an annual subscription to confirm the end date of your paid access and any applicable refund terms.
