Welcome to the Torah PortionĀ Acharei Mot & Kedoshim. In this post, we will cover the weekly Torah portion and weekly Haftarah portion from a cultural perspective. There is also an Echoes Through Scripture teaching which takes a theme from the Torah portion and connects it throughout the rest of the Hebrew Bible and into the Apostolic Scriptures.

Then YHWH spoke to Moses after the death of the two sons of Aaron, when they approached the presence of YHWH and died. YHWH said to Moses, ā€œTell Aaron your brother not to come at just any time into the Holiest Place behind the curtainā€”before the atonement cover which is on the Arkā€”so that he would not die. For I will be appearing in the cloud over the atonement cover.
