Marriage as a covenant is a 4 part teaching series that begins by learning about what it means to be in a covenantal marriage. Â Next is an exegetical analysis of Genesis 2 and 3 showing how the Hebrew text contains hints on how to have the perfect marriage and how to restore a broken marriage. Â Part 3 we will look at marriage and divorce in ancient Israel according to the Torah and finish up in part 4 by analyzing the words of Yeshua and Paul through the eyes of first century context.
And this you do as well: You cover the Lordâs altar with tears, with weeping and groaning because he no longer regards the offering or accepts it with favor at your hand. You ask, âWhy does he not?â Because the Lord was a witness between you and the wife of your youth, to whom you have been faithless, though she is your companion and your wife by covenant. Did not one God make her? Both flesh and spirit are his. And what does the one God desire? Godly offspring. So look to yourselves, and do not let anyone be faithless to the wife of his youth.

Ryan I have not had a chance to tell you how much I am appreciating your teachings. This one especially I have wanted to start since I heard you mention it on others and am much blessed by Gods desire for men and women to fulfill their proper roles before Him. I have been so blessed already in being properly instructed out of your Torah teaching regarding the expectations of YAH for men as a giver’s, rather then a taker’s. Again, many thanks for your labors for His Kingdom. Shalom and blessings to all of yours. Your brother in Yeshua David Macomber
